CalcuPlator offers a comprehensive set of tools to enhance your weightlifting routine. This app helps you determine the optimal weight to load on the bar, calculate your 1-rep maximums, and establish training percentages based on your inputs.
- Plate calculator (plates-to-weight): Easily manage and allocate your plate weights with a simple tap-to-add feature. See an overview of your available plates and select accordingly for your workout.
- Reverse plate calculator (weight-to-plates): Input your desired weight, and the app will provide guidance on which plates to add from your inventory to achieve that target weight.
- 1 Rep Max Calculator: Determine your 1-rep max based on the weight and reps you input. Additionally, calculate percentage values based on your maximum load.
